Career Opportunities with DABCO
- PARKING POLICY
Parking is for TENANTS ONLY AT ALL TIMES. Permits
are currently required at Providence Court Apartments, Emerald Downs,
Churchill Downs and PP&B. Due
to limited space, we cannot offer guest parking permits at any time.
- BIRCH HILLS APARTMENTS
We are taking applications and signing leases
now for our brand new, pet-friendly complex for tenants with dogs and cats. Birch Hills
has 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and 3-bedroom townhouses. Amenities include
a 100-yard fenced dog park, dog showers
and outdoor kennels (under constr).
We have no size limits on dogs; limit 2 pets per apartment.
NO PET DEPOSIT. Proof of up-to-date vaccinations, spay/neuter contract and pet references
are required, so start on that stellar rental history
now!
